Phantom Liberty Hairstyles doesnt show up?

So i bought phantom liberty and was so excited to try out new hairstyles. turns out there are none. i even re-installed the game and NOTHING. what else can i do..?

afaik hairstyles didn't come with the expansion.
they came free with 2.0

the area Dogtown, the questlines inside that zone and outside connected to the expanison, certain clothing, weapons, vehicles and cyberware. 10 levels, 2 endings and an unlocking of extra, Relic based perks are what you get with the expansion.

so you likely already got the hairstyles.
