Phone Bug
Has anyone ever found a way to get rid of the phone bug? Basically I´m stuck in an infinite call with River Ward who doesn´t say anything, I have no dialogue options and I cannot end the call. The game is locked in a way, thinking I am engaged in a call and this prevents any game progress whatsoever.

I´ve tried to look up solutions online, where people tried to fast travel (can´t even do that when I´m in a call), drive around Delamain HQ (doesn´t help either), tried calling other people (but obviously can´t since I´m already in a call, and during combat or missions I can´t even open the phone).

I´ve also tried reinstalling the game, but this didn´t help either.

I never make multiple saves, so going back to a previous save is not an option, and I´m definitely not starting again after 63 hrs.

Please tell me there is some reasonable fix to this.

It seems to me your save is toroughly broken, did your game crash during that call maybe? As for i fix... i am sorry to say but unless you have a older save stored i figure restarting is all that is left :-(

It didn´t crash. I actually tried to trigger a mission with River, because previously I abandonded it and tried to return to it later, but I couldn´t figure out how since it didn´t appear in my journal. I figured I can try to call River to see what happens, and I´ve been stuck in this call ever since.

But yeah, so far everything is pointing in the direction that requires me to start over :( . I hoped this would´ve been fixed in the latest update, since I saw people posting about this 4 years ago already :(

You don't have an autosave you can fall back to?
