FSR 3.1.2 looks much better and fixes issues present in FSR 2/3.
All they had to do is implement latest version.
Better to disable it in game and enable it in GPU driver... (less aliasing)
It is not the GPU, it is the software, DLSS is just better right now, Intel's version of this is better than FSR right now, better performance, better quality, but i believe with FSR3.1 the FG is detached from FSR upscaling, just like DLSS 3.7, you can play with DLAA and use FG, instead of 3.5 where you HAVE to use DLSS to use FG.
AMD cards are pretty good, it is the FSR that they use that is rather bad, now i wonder if FSR4, which is apparently coming out with the new 8000 series of AMD GPUs, which will be AI based like DLSS might change FSR's place in the leaderboard.
I honestly never understood why Nvidia did the 4090 to be honest, it is overpriced for what it gives, anyway, both AMD and Nvidia GPUs are pretty good, it is the Software that sets them apart.
