Wait a minute. You have a 4070 Ti and don't use the nvidia scaling method? You definitely have to turn on DLSS scaling, anything else would be pointless. You should also get more FPS with a better overall picture quality (compared to Intel XEs). My system is almost identical to yours and have more than 100fps+ on 2k resolution with framegen on and everything on max (pathtracing, psycho etc.).

Wenn ich vermute muss, was am besten fur dich ist, wahrscheinlich DLSS Frame Generation mit Leistung ware besser. Aber 4070Ti ist stark genug für diese ultra Einstellungen das du gewalht hast.
High fidelity is going to cost you fps, so running at that resolution, and high and ultra is going to put your fps in the range that it's at. You'd have to lower your settings if you want more performance.
