Well, it *is* only 2024.
(but yeah, HDD are still used for lots of things. Just because SSDs are cheaper now, doesn't make them the only thing. Especially if you need larger storage options. The best selling internal HDDs on Newegg are 8-16TB. They go up to 24TB.)
SSDs are currently fairly niche in their uses. They are faster but more expensive.
I can be wrong ofc, it's just i thought for gaming they really not anymore used.
This make sense, but i think by default, it should be already turned off.
Obvs wasn't removed but essentially they said beforehand 'not our problem if you use a HDD' for 2.0 and Phantom Liberty etc.
But For Me Now SSD are the only choice not matter the higher cost what is 100$-200$ ??
It makes your game time great because you spend less time waiting unless you want that so you make more Pauses.
In Short Play with HDD or SSD most games older ones do not see much difference with HDD (Even Newer HDDs).
It's ♥♥♥♥♥ regardless, these days it's common for ssd's to go upwards ot 7-8 Gbytes of large file transfer per second and you're sitting in a few 100 if that.
It is just really slow
My mobo only has one M.2 slot, and it's in a poor location (directly behind the GPU, no heatsink or space for one.)
