User Settings Corrupted

My first time ever having a game breaking issue w/ this game. Whenever I boot up the game it says my user settings have been corrupted and have been reset to default settings. I don't want to spend 20 minutes rebinding my keys and configuring my graphics settings very time I boot the game. Deleted and reinstalled, nothing. Tried editing settings with and without nvidia, nothing sticks. Any tips?

This happens to me when i use the nvidia app's optmizer, just dont use it i think that would solve it

Delete user settings, easy.

%appdata%/local/CD Project Red / Usersettings.json

delete this one

Next time you start the game, it will generate an uncorrupted default version of the user settings.

I've started running into the same issues myself. Deleting the usersettings.json file works, but then I have to do it again next time.

Same. I have to do it every like 3rd or 4th launch of the game. Sometimes twice in a row before it starts w/o crashing.

No nvidia optimizer either.

Have you guys having this problem tried verifying your game files with Steam? This error is not normal behaviour.
