Panam's first mission is so chaotic and a complete reversal from part 1 to part 2
I've played CP77 for 280 hours through more than a few playthroughs so I've done Panam's first mission a few times but I think I forgot just how silly the ending is.

So, first we do this carefully planned mission that involves ambushing the Raffen through either the element of surprise or stealth at the power substation. You and Panam are fully in control here because you control the element of surprise, you recon the landscape before the Raffen arrive, and you can control the flow of the combat. You don't need to get into a 7 on 2 if you don't want to because you can take out most/all of them before even starting combat.

But then, after you get Panam's car back, she wants to go and kill Nash. Understandable, sure. But suddenly Panam goes from this meticulously considered plan to ambush the Raffen to what is ostensibly a suicide mission by crashing landing her car into a narrow tunnel, potentially setting up not only a death by overwhelming enemy forces but also the possibility of being flanked from behind.

Now, look. I get that it's just a game and maybe this whole section is easy combat (not on very hard though) but.... why would V ever realistically agree to this plan? And even if he/she did, Panam crashlanding her car into a chaotic shootout instead of reconning the tunnel, stealthing the enemies, or setting up an ambush, would mean an immediate end to my relationship with her. I'd think she was chaotic and unpredictable and was going to let her emotions get me killed. There's literally no logic to her move.

She doesn't even kill anyone in crashlanding her car, she just dives into the tunnel and suddenly it's a 15v2 fight. Anyway, I forgot how terrible that quest is lol. Maybe Saul is right when he screams at her because if I got a 15 minutes glimpse of her craziness and he's been dealing with it for years, maybe CDPR should have created a subplot where I get to take Saul's side.

Huh, it's almost as if that scene is supposed to show that Panam is impulsive by nature.

But seriously though, why does it even matter? Because it's not like you have to go to that cave and kill Nash. You control the narrative in that situation and if you want to you can just tell her to ♥♥♥♥ off and go to the 6th street merch meet right away.

I think what strikes me is how radically different it is from the first part of the mission. You set up an ambush and Panam covers you with sniper fire at the substation. But then after this very successful mission, she goes full suicide mode and launches us into a tunnel. It's not even impulsive, it's just poor planning!

I think it actually makes sense. Because if you think about it she meticulously planned it all out under the pretense that Nash would be there so she would get her revenge. But since he wasn't there she's shown her true colors that it was never about the car or the merch, but about the fact that he made her look like a fool and she would never let that go. That's also the reason why you get locked out of romantic relationship with her, because she would only get together with like-minded people.
