I want to use the same finely tuned appearance for all my saves. let us save appearances so we can start a new game much faster.

This method will also allow you to share your appearance. Likewise, you can download other people's presets from Nexus Mods for something new.

Additionally, you can download more attributes and redesigned body parts. I believe there is a mod out there that allows you to look like X5-452 (Max Guevara) played by Jessica Alba.

I actually took screen shots of all my V's physical attributes from the character creator. Then when I start a new game, I simply copy them over. Takes only about a minute to dial all the correct inputs. :P
