Same here, but I've not tried launching my game without any of my mods. Can't see how they'd affect it though, as none of them require any of the core mods from nexus for this game. They're all just replacers of hairs and a clothing one that gives me jewelry options, and one clothing replacer I made myself, and one of the body mods off nexus

Edit: turns out it's one of my mods. Removed the mod folder and loaded up the game, the options showed up.

so mods that affect the body or face will cause the new cyberware to not show up?

You have to alter your appearance, you're not entering the cyberware store by mistake, are you?

Hi, the same thing happened to me. In my case, what I did was update these mods: Enhanced Big Breasts (EBB) and VTK Vanilla HD Body for FemV and after that the problem was solved.

Yes. In my case, I'm using the Hyst EBBP body mod. This mod author has updated the mod to be compatible with game version 2.2
Couldn't tell you why it doesn't show on the older version of the mod, but that was the cause in my case.
If you're using an older version of the mod (the one that worked in version 2.13), the new options don't show up. Unfortunately though, when I downloaded the updated mod, something still broke, so I think the dependency mod for the body mod still needs to be updated.

interesting, i did some testing too and i removed a skin mod and an eye mod after that i was able to see the new stuff 2.2 patch brought into the game. i hope the mods get updated to not use the current slots so we can seamlessly use body mods and vanilla cyberwear
