There are a dozen or so cats all around Night City and Dog town after they added more in some patches ago. There are even two cats next to each other in Dog town. There is also a place, where you can take it on your lap. Too bad there is no achievement for finding all the cats. Like 'crazy cat lady' achievement ;)
