1: Never seen it

3. Never seen it
4. I get the driver sitting as if driving an invisible vehicle sometimes. Caused by the driver being spawned, but not the car. Normally happens in chaotic scenes with LOTS of cars going boom. Look away and back, and the car, 99% of the time, will then spawn.
It's a user created issue, anyway....

7. Only happens for me, if i run them down with a car and they die to the car. For example, using one in "Take Over" mode to run them over, and then park on them until they die.
Again, another user created issue... I just move on if it happens, and remember not to use it on bosses.
100% your PC.
I've never encountered floating guns. The items I was referring to are static items: A radio in the badlands, some vegetation in Pacifica, and a couple of others.
Are you playing on a fresh install of the game? If not, you might want to completely delete your game and download the latest build.
Nop. You may try to verify game files, maybe clear game cache if it has one, but reinstalling shouldnt have any effect. This aint windows 11.
I bought game like month ago so i have "clean" install - full of bugs. Most of them cant be caused by anything else than slopy coding.
YES. I tried to continue playing my old 2.0 save when patch 2.13 came out and I had a lot of issues with it. Like constantly.
I even kept falling through the map when driving in random areas of Heywood. I didn't want to believe that the new patches could render older saves broken because of my progress.
But I ended up doing a fresh install and started a completely new game save.
This helped a great deal with the stability of the game. No longer falling through the ground nor weird NPC behavior (broken animations, etc).
I imagine 2020 launch saves are extremely incompatible with the current patches, since they changed so much of the core game's build mechanics and added quite a few things into it since.
I don't doubt you're experiencing these problematic issues. Definitely take Tokenn's advice on reinstalling the game and starting a fresh new save.
Some of the things you've listed, like vehicle pop in, is an unfortunate side effect of the engine's rendering process. Apparently even some 5090 owners may see it happen from time to time (without mod fixes). There's one area in particular, known for this visual anomaly by the Glen District.
There's actually a mod that will fix it. (sorry I forget the name, but it's been mentioned with video results a few times around these parts). It will prevent vehicles from disappearing at a short/mid distance.
It's also important to acknowledge that certain computers can produce varying effects on the game's engine. If it's too slow, it's to be expected to see certain scripts not load in correctly the first time around.
Pawel (quest director at CD) mentioned that after playing longer, it can fix most of these issues as shaders are loading after each run. Making the game look and feel more stable.
So far, that's been the case for me. So I hope it will help fix your issues as well.
The game is in much better state than before, but not 100%. So expect to see some (hopefully only minor) bumps along the way, from time to time.
A) Getting mad about the apparently outrageously bad state of the game
B) Putting your mad into words & typing said mad here
