Netwatch Netrunner or Tetratronic Rippler?

The Rippler is well known to be pretty badass but I lose the damage boost and spread from what Netwatch gets me. I'm really not sure which one to 'keep'.

I prefer the Netwatch one. Rippler feature of spreading the ultimate's to one other person is just not worth the trade off. On the other hand I believe it has the fastest upload which again is nice but not totally necessary unless already engaged in combat.

do you prefer the ultimate category of quickhacks or the combat category.
If you prefer the ultimate ones keep the rippler because it will spread those once.
If you prefer the combat category keep the netdriver because it will spread those;

Ultimate are things like cyberpsychosis, detonate grenade, suicide, and system reset.
Combat are things like, overhear, short circuit and contagion.

Rippler all the way. Spreading Suicide and Cyberpsychosis is fun and your Contagion will still kill pretty much everything in sight.

They're both good just depends on what you want to do. I think Netrunner is a good all around deck, it can spread and do extra damage. Rippler seems to be only for spamming ultimate hacks, but with my play style I don't always want to spread hacks like suicide, psycho and system reboot, i'm often just targeting one person for those. If I needed to bring an entire group down, i can just spam short circuit or contagion just as easy while still having the ultimate hacks.

I use Raven personally, I don't use hacks that often, but it is still convenient to be able to turn off cameras from afar when your fixer requests stealth, hence why I would use a netrunning system in the first place, and Raven makes enemy netrunners take longer to hack you.

Seems like for my own purposes, I will keep the Netwatch.

The Raven and the Rippler are the best for fighter/mage kinda builds IMO. Pure netrunner I always go with the Netwatch.

I used both but as a stealthy netrunner in the end I settled for Rippler.

Oh I've been using it, for a long time on this character. I just saw a video where, with the Rippler, they just tore through a camp of scavs, nearly instant death. Like a pre-nerf Contagion and I don't know how they got the damage.

Netwatch is just more universal.

I use Tetratronic Rippler even I don't use ultimate quick hack much bc I love the Reduces quickhack upload time by 75% and Combat quickhacks it still OP no matter what so...
