[Solved] Can't run anymore? Not overweight

After about 3 hours into my game suddenly V won't run anymore. I emptied his inventory, so I know I'm not carry too much.

I have to save, exit the game and reload to run again but the problem persists after a few minutes of moving.

I had this problem myself, the solution is left clicking. As in shoot. Because when I unholstered my weapon in these situations he would start shooting by himself. Weird bug. Anyway, when your gun is holstered, and you can't run, just click once and your ability to sprint magically reappears.

Could it be somehow related to the location you're at? I've had several instances when in the building with my starting apartment where I can't run in that area, but other times I can. It's like an area-specific glitch almost.

I also could have sworn I saw some comments mentioning how having a lot of stuff in your stash can cause some glitches, but that's just hearsay...

i had same problem with running and scanning, saving and loading fixes it

Seems to have worked for me so far. Thanks for the suggestion!
