Release date of DLSS 3 for Cyberpunk 2077?
I have bought RTX 4090 and update the GPU's driver, but I didn't find the DLSS 3 button in game different from what Nvidia told us. So I wonder what is the exact launching date of DLSS 3 or even override Ray Tracing update for Cybperpunk 2077, has the official announcement been posted or not?

no but i'm sure they'll get on something that 0.1% have and make it a priority over everything else

I thought it was supposed to be October 12/yesterday, but apparently not? Where did you read that it was supposed to be a button, I thought you'd just have to select a DLSS mode and the game/GPU will figure out the rest?

Got the same thing going on... sadly. Dlss 3 is not present in the game atm. When will it come?

It's already been announced. It's one of Nvidia's trophy games for this. So it seems likely to be fairly imminent.

NVIDIA said a game it will support Dlss and Ray tracing during a live event, the Dev Stright out and said We are not supporting that tech for that game.
it is hard to trust nvidia at times.

There seems to be a demonstration build out for reviewers at the moment so I'd not think it'll be long, it's being used to sell the 4090 heh. But there's also FSR 2.x confirmed to be coming so I wonder whether we'll see both arrive at the same time. Wait for them to announce a stream D:

It's definitely happening. Also see CDPR currently giving away three 4090s.

Yeah pretty disappointing that its not available yet

Some reviews like hardware nexus said the DLSS 3.0 was insanely buggy in every game they tried. I was hoping it would be ready by Saturday when my 4090 arrives but after realizing how broken 3.0 is right now for reviewers I expect maybe in the next few months or a while at least. Hope I am wrong but we will see I suppose. And Nvidia just said 3.0 is coming soon not at launch soon is all they have promised.

So re looking at the blog https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/news/dlss3-supports-over-35-games-apps/, it looks like 3.0 is arriving whenever Overdrive arrives as it says, "Soon, a new Cyberpunk 2077 update will hit the streets, bringing with it the new Ray Tracing: Overdrive Mode that greatly enhances the game’s already-incredible visuals. NVIDIA DLSS 3 is also included with the update..." So who knows a while probably lol going to start my next play though Saturday regardless I suppose.

Some guy said he already bypassed the software lock on the dlss 3.0 on cyberpunk and was able to use it on a 2070 and get pretty much double the frames. He did have some frame drops and instabilities for now though.

Oh wow, so the tech is available to previous series cards but they locked it ? That evil.

Apparently so, it does work better on the 4000 series but it seems help a lot with other series as well, really makes you wonder.

Oh, coincidentally I saw the review video of Geekerwan mentioned it. The older version of DLSS 2 has changed name into DLSS super resolution, which is one part of DLSS3 from now on.

Cool, I have also observed the web page that says it will come along with override ray tracing, but... When will the ray tracing be launched? It's ridiculous, no exact date, just brag.
