Common Armadillo spawns?

I know that the original location for the armadillo mod was removed after patch 1.5, but where are some common locations it normally drops? Or is it a world wide spawn, blink and you miss it?

In general 'Suspected Organized Crime Activity' have them quite often.

I just got the pattern for it about an hour ago, the pattern was Rare and from a random box in Wellsprings. It says it will upgrade to Epic when I hit level 14 crafting. So I assume the Epic and Legendary versions don't have a pattern and the Legendary one will happen at a higher crafting skill level.

My actual skill is 11 and the overall skill is 12 but I'm 99% sure it means my actual skill.

I have been to many clothing sellers recently and none have anything above uncommon.

I tried found Armadillo mod blueprint in Watson area, but no luck. Then, search in Pacifica area and found 2 legendary Street Smart and Resist mod blueprints. But still, no Armadillo mod blueprint. All blueprint items are random spawans or something?

Yes, I mod blueprints spawn (mostly) random. I find them mostly in boxes in scanner hustles, especially the bigger ones (organized crime).
Regading rarety: Rarety of craftet mod does not depend on the blueprint, but on your crafting skill
