Report a translation problem
Lot of VA work is subpar (Saul, yikes), and stuff like Panam just sounds like she was written in a completely different language, nobody speaks like that, much less in cyberpunk. She cant even get the "preem" right.

Thats a fluent spanish speaker, he slides all that in there zero effort. Judy on the other hand is reading from a piece of paper the whole time.
edit: video also a reminder of another terrible VA job, Claire. Judy really is just the tip of an iceberg.
I just started my second playthrough and I was immediately reminded of how bad her accent is. It may not be the VA's fault either. It may just be she had too many boxes checked for what someone wanted her to sound like.
