Keyboard & Mouse on I've seen that face before will force me to quit the game. Help!

I absolutely cannot get to the goal intime using a mouse and keyboard to drive. Is there a mod or a cheat that will get me past this point in the quest? If there is anything I hate more in an FPS than platforming it is mandatory driving quests.

Can you profile or remap your keyboard keys to controller functions? If ypu can, problem solved to some extent.

I found that setting the driving sensitivity down to about 50 made it easier for me to drive with KB & Mouse. Made it slightly less twitchy when steering. Might be worth trying.

That helped a lot. Also, I remapped the W for driving to the left mouse button, so I had one hand for steering and the other for forward. It wouldn't let me remap S to the right mouse button. Speaking of S, it really helped mashing on that when they took control of the car and kept me out of an off-road excursion. Thanks!

On some player videos, I have seen the option (after you get in the trunk of the car) of "Ice here - clearly optimizable" together with an Intelligence level. This option allows the player to extend time available for the car to reach the required location. I never received this option, but hopefully somebody knows how to trigger it.

I had the option and entered the ICE puzzle sequence but didn't see any additional functionality. I probably needed to do something to get the option, but I sure don't know what. LOL.

I just accept failure. I have won a few. My V can tear the cars to shreds to get em there. It is comical.
