Claire vs Sampson - even I made the right choices. WTF

Hello, Claire seems to ignore the questline that she should not kill Sampson. I even check a video about it on Youtube:

Video@2:42 I chose the middle answer that my priority is winning (so not the bastard kill option)
In the last race Video@3:43 . I get all the options with the "Yeah. let him go" (5:16) I even answer with this same corpo answer @5:23 but then she says, that she doesnt care what i say and kills him.

If you save both, you can get both cars...

I've done it pretty recently and it worked fine, no idea... Can't exactly remember if it was on 2.01 or already 2.02 though.

You can still get the other car btw, you just gotta pay. It will turn up in the AutoFixer store eventually.
