Is there a mod to speed up guns (rate of fire, cycling the action etc) when time slowed for Sandevistans?

Is there a mod that speeds up me being able to use guns like cycling a shotgun, really just making guns run at the same speed as me when I activate my Sandevistan?

let's you change the values and how weapons fire and damage, you just got to know the values and percentage rates to use editing weapons with Save Editor

I don't know if using 1.1 or entering 100 or 300 works, so unsure of numbers to use to edit guns behaviour with Save Editor Sorry
