owned cars can not be spawned

after latest update i can not call owned vehicles. also the gas gas gas reward just show the marker in the garage but no car. restarting didnt help. worked yesterday.. no mods

just logged into the game and summoned scorpion's apollo motorcycle and drove to a gig. So the system works for me .

verified files. did a couple fast travels and then went to sleep. now i can call vehicles again but still just a marker but no vehicle where the gas gas reward should be.
i just deleted that save. had enough of that. also just had the marker for the crazy prophet guy but he was not there. something was messed up and i didnt want to waste more time or energy on it.

I only have this issue after a few hours and when I reload I can summon them again, but tonight at one point I summoned Johnny's porsche and Jackie's motorcycle came at the same time, so even though it mostly works for me, it's definitely got some issues.

I find the bugs start crawling out after a long game session.
Had this happen too after playing 4+ hours.
Turn your PC off and on again (after exiting CP77) and load an older save it should be gee, its been working for me as a near cure all for most of these sorts of issues, including ones like in side gigs when you can't pickup the quest item.
