Possible to go max on cyberware limit?

Currently I am stuck on 308 and there are some juicy iconic hardware I'd love to install. Anyone know if that's it or is there a way to raise it higher?

Maybe I just gotta keep collecting those capacity shards that only give you two each time?

There are mods that increase the cap but besides that, only option is level ups and cap increase shards as far as I know

ok, but just wondering if anyone has gone higher the normal method. I won't download mods as i prefer the normal experience imo. It's capped for a reason i guess and balance is important.

- capacity shards
- take the renussance perk
- install the chrome processor OS

yeah think i have most of that but i love to slow time so i won't install the last one you say. renussance? What tree is that?

tech tree, 4 cyberware points for each skill at 9 or above

Yea I get you. Im rocking a katana/mantis blade focused build atm so slow time = I live :D

preem. I actually used the dev build they released and it's like a new game. Just flying all over the map attacking enemies from all sides like some Anime character haha. Still gotta use shotgun to level up my Solo though ;)

About getting cyberware capacity shard, the higher the level you get, the lower chance you will get those shard from the enemies.
At around lv50+, you will basically stop getting those.
Therefore it's ideal to not doing quests and gigs at the start if you want to get very high cyberware capacity. (unless you want to do the glitch)

To clarify a few rumors about these cyberware capacity shards.
The facts as far as we know:

-There is a global maxium number per variant of these
-There is a maxium number per level per variant of these
-At lower levels you will find smaller shards (but the limit for those is higher)

That means:
-At low level you will find them often, but they dont do much
-At high level you will find them rarely, but they will do more
-The maxium for all shards together is something around +80 iirc

If you've got Phantom Liberty and thus a level cap of 60, at that point you'll have a total of 201 capacity just from base, ignoring perks and skills.

+15 capacity if your engineering skill is at least 30.
+16 or 20 if you take Renaissance Man, depending on whether you take 4 or 5 attributes to 9+.

My current save appears to be capped at +63 from shards in total, because I've got 345 including the +50 from Edgerunner and I've got four of the five attributes at 9.

theres a hidden cap (around 300, 350, 400) for cyberware shards, just spawn one using command mod
