Game keeps crashing/not progressing

so i started a new file with male V and it wouldn't let me progress passed the first meeting with Johnny in V's apartment. i loaded up different saves but it just crashes and Takemura never calls. i do have mods installed from the official mods that could be an issue.

If you have ANY of the DQC mods, it will break early game quests and event triggers, both console and pc versions

Youre gonna have to restart without those mods for the time being, or wait till you do the 4 main quests it stops, like the call from Take, Meridiths texts, The cat feeding, and mama wells package for sure.
