The only prejudice that exists in the context of Cyberpunk is socio-economic.

I "almost" agree with him, in cp77 the populations are too tolerant, especially with cats!! It's not normal!... really... fortunately there are few... damn cats! I almost choked on being OBLIGED to have to put up with this dirty beast totally useless by mistake, because of the zeal I bring to details! Result?! There's one lying around my house now! Day AND night! It's stressful, there's a mod to replace it with a woman? If possible cute?!

Closest I can think of to actual racism is Saburo Arasaka referring to Americans as "barbaric," and that's likely his own sentiments on the US because he served in the military during WW2.

More corporate nationalism than strictly racism, but I guess. The gangs in NC also seem to be ethnically segregated, with the Tyger Claws all being Asian and the Valentinos all being Hispanic.

This is a free-form perspective on the game:
In Cyberpunk 2077, flesh is chrome; chrome means eddies or affiliation with a corporation or a gang; and eddies or those affiliations determine social status and group belonging. This neo-kitsch representation opens up a new perspective: chrome becomes THE criterion by which people are discriminated against. The “superiority” of an individual or group is expressed through sleek, understated chrome—or, conversely, through its excessive accumulation. The machine devours itself at its very roots, becoming dependent on its own creations—as if it had become both their slave and their master.
For example:
Take two cats, in whatever colors you like. One is chromed to the extreme (silly idea, sure) and the other isn’t. In the first cat’s mind, its status as the “alpha” cat is beyond question. But deep down, it’s still a cat: even chromed by Militech, it still eats its wet food and kibble… except it might have a rocket launcher up its ass !

If everyone was equal and there were no prejudices there wouldnt be any gang affiliations. Night city is basically an open air prison. How can you miss this? lol. Cyberpunk is more like the 80-90s, where it wasnt really about black vs white rather more about status with bigotry on the side. "Racism & Bigotry" these days would flag as a joke in CP2077 or the 80-90s (cyberpunks inception).

It exists. The mox are a group that was born because of people that felt threatened and/or opressed (the primary group being sex workers and minorities).

Its racism just "evolved" into classism. Maelstrom also has a good chunk of neo nazis amongst their ranks back from when they got guys from the red chrome legion and the way they look at non-chromed people well... there is a reason why many people shoot them on sight. 6th street is a nationalist group. Voodos hating everything that isnt voodoo.
