Murkmobile not appearing.

So, I've played through the entire Panam questline. And then done a ton of side jobs (NCPD, Gigs, etc etc). It's been (ingame) two weeks since going into the tunnel with Panam.
The Murkmobile didn't appear. I went to the container, and only the tape (Murkman) was there...but no Murkmobile.
Is this a bug?

I've honestly never heard of this happening, but it sounds like a bug. It should appear in the blue container after waiting two days and then returning.

I'm assuming you have a street cred of at least 27-30?

They seem to have removed this requirement, as I witnessed a streamer friend of mine acquire the car with a very low street cred.

I personally grab it (and the Colby from the "Dressed to kill" quest) after Scorpion's "funeral" with Mitch. It has always been there. So I guess it is some form of bug for OP, indeed.

Yup. Streetcred 50. I'm not freaking out about it. As this playthrough is mostly about getting the last 5 Achievements. But the Murkmobile IS a nice car to drive...

I actually had to wait until I was at street cred 40 on this current playthrough I'm running.
The bin was not spawning prior to this level (I kept going back to check). Once I hit 40 and finished through Panam's first few missions in the Badlands, the bin finally appeared and got the car.

If you're at 40 and still see no vehicle in there, then yes, it may be a bug. Are you using any mods?
