And no, CDPR is not planning to add it natively to the game, the development is over.
say Rico's unlimited respec, its of limited use without mods, as you can't re-spec attributes when you re-perk... and a general NG+ without new limitations or harder difficulties past VH is of limited use too, since if you want to keep playing with your existing stuff, just re-load any post-ending save at Nocturne Op55N1 and keep rolling.
no, you need more content, more difficulty, more stuff to do, just "more" to be entertained; fair warning though, they vary in function and stability greatly, so choose wisely, choom!
or conversely, let someone else pick for you, install a collection like City of Dreams (if you have a beast of a GPU and tons of VRAM, and no, 8GB is not "tons") or Welcome to Night City, and start fresh, you'll forget all your NG+ ideas in about 3 seconds...
This is a poor excuse.
For the sake of narration, it doesnt make sense either to have NG+ on Dying Light. But it has. And it plays nice.
The only reason Cyberpunk doesnt have a NG+ is because it was a rushed product, and thus, lacks many basic features that other games of similar genres had.
