Edgerunner Perk what for?
Hi, what is the Edgerunner perk you can unlock after reaching Level 20 Techie good for? How do I benefit from it? I already have the Overclock abilities, which are already pretty OP in my opinion.

I think it's faster combo moves with a psychotic laugh added

It's the best perk for fans of the anime!

It is a large increase to your max cyber ware capacity.

Allows you to go beyond your Cyberware Capacity by 50 Points. But it will reduce your Health by 0,5% per Point.
I mean... you can READ what it does by hovering over the Perk.
It's good for two things.

First, and the main and chief reason for taking it. A solid +50 of Cyberware Capacity. Whatever that one piece of cyberware you've been wishing you had room for is, you can now shove it in there with room to spare.

The second lesser reason to take it is for the frenzy state that gives minor boosts to damage and crit chance/damage that sometimes kicks in, if it feels like it. Personally I find it tend to kick in right after I killed the final enemy of a fight :steamhappy::steamfacepalm:.

Technically there is a tiny reduction in overall health for making use of that cyberware boost (0.1% per point of bonus Capacity used, maxing out at 5%), but I guarantee you won't notice a difference.

This perk is an automatic must have for anyone that likes shoving as much chrome in their bodies as they can get away with.
The Frenzy state is just a fun bonus and neat callback to the anime.

Uh no, that is .1% chance per point to activate the frenzy. It will reduce your health by .5% per point which can be up to 25% in health reduction. You absolutely WILL notice the reduction, especially on Very Hard.

Point, I got the percents mixed up. But I still disagree about noticing it, though in this case that's likely due to playstyle.
