Where can I find my screenshots?

I've discovered the screenshot capability in the game [duh] but I can't find where the shots are saved.

Either right click your steam icon on the bottom right, and there should be a screenshots menu. Then you can click the "show on disk" to open them all in a folder afterwards.

Or top left where it says View. Click that and get the same screenshots menu.

Now go forth and take some beautiful shots.

Oh... you meant the heccin' photomode.
