Is it finally done or is update are still expected ?
I have done the ride with Witcher 3 until it reach a perfect state. i told myself i would wait for CP2077.

Is there still some stuff to come or is it the definitive edition ?

Can't find any roadmap or any message saying that they were finally done and happy with CP2077 !

Thanks in advance.

The game was done 3 months after launch and ran just fine on PC for most of us, it was only the console release that was a problem and that's long-fixed, too.
My brother in Christ, I feel like you're good at this point. Anything being added at this point should just be bug fixes, and things of that nature. I don't expect any drastic changes coming to this games anymore. It's time to stop waiting and enjoy this masterpiece.

Remember when games were done when they were launched? I kinda miss that. I feel like we got more games and less franchises.

Game has been done. For years.

There has been hints of updates from the devs themselves. But what and when is unknown. As the game stands, it's completely finished and an excellent game imo. Cheers

Vaguely remember there being news that a new DLC may be in the works, but at this point seems to be nothing more than a rumor.

Never doubted that the game is good !

I just want a fully polished experience and not something wonky like witcher III was for a while..

Thanks a lot everyone !

Damn, the first year or even 2 years before the complete edition was something else ahaha

I can assure you people that started the game at release and like 2 years later had a very different experience !

It is just how it felt for me after playing it through it twice, maybe just me then
Apparently there's another update coming this year but it'll likely be to add Nvidia's Neural Radiance Cache which improves both indirect lighting and performance, And likely some small bug fixes but I wouldn't expect anything outside of that.

i had some funny bugs, no save possible for no reason, graphics just went to cloudy all the time, car stuck in the floor. The worst one is when there is no drop/interaction with a dead character, all this in 20h

Officially it's done and there should be no one else actively working on the game. However, it's also Nvidia's poster child for new tech, so it's quite possible they'll inject money for a new update featuring Nvidia AI technology number 5387 that may or may not come with a few new features to justify.

I mean, I remember when patches weren't a thing, so games that had bugs just had them forever. Games tended to be platform exclusives back then, and not nearly so complex, but sure, there was a time when rough AAA launches like Cyberpunk were very rare and no game got the kind of spotlight on it Cyberpunk did.

Though, you also didn't get all the improvements and extra stuff added to video games back then either like Cyberpunk has over the last five years. So there's pros and cons.
