Does ps4 version still broken?

I had a few hours with it on PS4 last Christmas, it certainly wasn't broken but it's obviously pushing the PS4 as far as it can go. Things like some visual jank and not being able to keep 30fps all the time and the city not feeling quite as it does for the PC version.

With development over for the PS4 version, if you pick up a copy for next to nothing I'd say go for it. Otherwise, play it on newer hardware if you can.

Played 175 hours on PS4, some crashes but very rarely for me.
It's still amazing even on PS4
