What is it about Judy?

Spoilers.
I genuinely want to know what it is about Judy that people love, since I myself don't.
I have played as both female and male V, and I did all missions with Judy in both.
I don't feel that she cares about V in any way, all she does is ask for help with her own personal problems, and when she doesn't get her own way she whines and stomps her feet like a child. I felt that she is very obsessive in a creepy way, selfish and whiney.
At the end of the pyramid song mission, Johnny asks to leave, and I did.
And you never hear from Judy again, and let's put it this way, she doesn't know why you left, but she won't bother to call or ask, she just disappears.
I felt that most characters though don't really care about V, most just wants help from V.
I felt that the characters that actually cared was Panam and Johnny.
Let's also take Kerry for example, if you take him with you on the nomad ending,
he will refuse to go with you. And some people have said it's understandable because "he's a city person, has his music and career in the city" Yes, of course. But V is his partner, and is literally dying. Has 6 months left to live, Kerry can't take 6 months off the city for his partner who is dying? He can just go back to the city after. I just feel like most characters you meet are selfish. But if that's the idea, I get it. I mean, the whole story/game is sad itself,
there is no happy endings really and everything is pretty dark. And I enjoy it,
but it's just a bit disappointing with the romance options that doesn't care for you.
The rest reacts to your health/situation more like "Oh yikes that s*cks, anyways.."
But I have seen so much love for Judy. But I felt it was a drag to be around her.
So I genuinely want to know others opinions, what their reasons are for loving her.
Maybe I have missed something, not understood something.

Totally! I love the milfy Rogue, for starters. And Alt was also hot, though it is obvious why she cannot be dated. Well, you do... somehow...
Or taming that Maiko doll could be nice. An option to save Evelyn and date her would have been great. Hack, even the Mox door girl and the Clouds receptionist would have been better. Or Lizzy Wizzy, though she has as much chrome as Jackie´s bike. Come to think of it, even Jackie´s bike would have been better than Judy. Not better than Panam though.

I dont like Judy, after everything she only gives you the keys to her smelly flat. But I don't hate her as much as I hate Claire or the unmodded introduction to the game. No insult intended but man if there is talking, then there is too much of it.

Judy is selfish and arrogant but she has blue hair so everybody likes her. Like So-Mi. And Evelyn.

Only thing II felt extremely annoying was her infatuation with Evelyn and that other chic that wants to take over Clouds. Like she gets to obsessed with woman. Even if you kill that chic when she attacks you she gets pissing. She is hot and useful With Brain dances but Panam is way better in terms of personality. Would I preferred Panam with my female V but apparently not option. Thought heard they changed it so male V could date Jody though. Which would be BS if female V can't in turn also date Panam

There is a mod that gives you the possibility to "grind Panam" xd as a female V :p

There is a mod that gives you the possibility to "grind Panam" xd as a female V :p

This mod exists for male V and judy as well, issue is it uses female/male V dialogue for the romance lines so it can feel a little weird if that bothers you
