can't change V's genitals

In the char editor in the mirror, I have only options for changing the genitals hair, but everywhere I read that player can also pick and chose if V has a small or big ♥♥♥♥. Where is that option ?

Thats only possible on the initial character creation.
Some character aspects like genitals or tattoos cant be changed once you started the story.
You can visit a Ripper Doc for some more options then the mirror offers but still no genitals.

Ripperdocs do allow you to change your genitals. I like to give Judy a full girl/girl romance and to give River a surprise.

How long have you been trying? So how long did you virtually stand in front of the mirror and look at the genitals?

No, since your player "gender" gets determined by your voice choice.
A V with the female voice will always count as female and be addressed such by NPC, even with male genitalia or body.
And vice versa.
And voice cant be changed midgame.

He meant he switched the genitalia around and gives his female V a ♥♥♥♥ for the romance with River as a "surprise".
Not that it matters in the game, they dont react to your genitalia, only your gender determined by voice.

Just that since Judy is a lesbian and only a romance option for a female V he keeps her genitals female for that romance.
Again the whole genitals thing does not matter ingame anyway.
Its really just a gimmick, the only time you ever see a dong or vag ingame is during the character creation and on the character status screen if you remove all the clothing.
During the game you never are fully naked in the game world and even during the sex scenes they never show the lower parts in any form so naked breasts is about the max you will get during it.
Game would lose nothing if you did not have full nudity in the character creation.

Nope! I've checked that, female voice + female body + penis works fine for Judy and for River too :-D
