Neon Rims

Has anyone figured out how to turn on the neon rims on your bikes & cars?

Edit: It's CTRL when you're on your bike

According to the stream, 'E' on PCs turn rims on

Think i read somewhere you do this by holding gas and brake.

Neither E or CTRL do anything to show them up on bikes. Also got an issue with the radio not displaying titles on the HUD. Perhaps there's a setting to turn these on but I can't find them.

ive actually only noticed them turning on at night ..i didnt activate them

the button that turns on lights on wheels is "V", same button you hold to turn on headlight, but you need to press it once, not hold it
