Off the Leash doesn't start, instead Kerry messages me saying that I left the concert early

I was waiting 12+hours for the Off the Leash quest to start, but nothing happens. So I try waiting a couple of days. Then Kerry texts me saying that I left the concert early. I didn't even get invited to it! This game really is a broken POS!
