Can you reset perks and skills now ?

I last played on Release, saw all the patches but never saw something about skill tree reset and stuff like that, I have a hard time to even start the game on a new save when I know everything I will skill is permament and can't be undone, I will just be in a planning spirale to not ♥♥♥♥ up my build and than never play, did they add a reset for the trees or will I be still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ when not using the right skills ?

Nope you cant reset attribute. The only way to reset your attributes would be starting a new game and character, unfortunately. Or download engine tweek and use command for reset his (set level 0 for them)

There a a quite few chapter 2 start saves on the Nexus, so you can jump right back into the meat of the game.

That's not how perk resetting works anymore. You can just do it directly from the perk menu. The cost goes up depending on how many perks you're refunding.
