Adam smasher had this werid orange circle on his chest when he showed up in the heist
Was weirding me out the entire scene. Is this like some sort of weakpoint I analyzed after I scanned him? A graphical glitch? bug?

I think it's just a bug. I've gotten it on some playthroughs, and not on others. I've seen footage of some playthroughs where it's there, and others where it's not.
