On the other hand, I have to admit that I had already played the game for about 400 hours before I saw the Anime. From that point of view, it gave me another big push to dive even more into the world of the game.
Greetz
Edit : The Anime has 10 Episodes with ~20 minutes length per Episode (without Intro + Outro) -> ~ 3 1/2 hours to watch.
it makes absolutely no difference, Do as you wish..
Appreciate the answers from everyone. Looks like I'll be diving into the anime pretty quick here!
Unpopular opinion, I know, but I watched the first 4 episodes and couldn't make myself watch the rest. Didn't find it completely terrible, but to me it was all just a bit too much comic/anime like (captain obvious, I know), too exaggerated. Guess, I'm just more fond of the Western type of cyberpunk that feels grittier to me.
you understand it wasn't cdpr that made the anime right? they just commissioned it.
I highly suggest watching a few episodes before dipping your feet into the game and then take a break and watch some more.
They barely have anything in common other than where they geographically take place.
Whichever one suits you most.
