Bloodsport Gig not unlocking

Restarted the game recently and have had zero luck getting Bloodsport to activate. This is the one where you enter the boxing club and have to rescue someone being beaten in the basement. I have plenty of street cred (currently 10) and I've done 3 or 4 quests for Egina but this just isn't lighting up. Did they get rid of it?

oh you must do more gig then it can spawn or go to map and select show gig and do all what are on map and then mby it will spawn you will see it on map (go on map and select filter on own and select the second options then you can start making them and it will spawn one time trust me i had same problem this week ) im sure there is more gig from her so you must did this first before next one can spawn

Not been removed, and it's still showing up in my list as completed. Could just need to do more gigs for Regina to get it given to you?

ever since patch 1.5, gigs from each fixer comes in batches of 2-3. do more gigs to get more.

Oh that just blows. I am following a guide for a 100% completion run. I was wondering where the heck all those points of interest went.

I think its more to do with player rank, the more difficult missions are last where as the easier ones are first is why they did that
