Blistering Love quest glitch?

So far it's the only glitch/issue I've had in the game, when I go to pick up Rogue up, I'll speak with her and then she walks towards the street and then turns around and leans back on the pole, and I can't say anything else to her. If I leave the area I fail the mission and get an anger text message from her saying that I stood her up and she doesn't want to see me again.

I'm going there in the evening and I even bring a vehicle, but she won't get it in it, and there are no other vehicles loaded in the area. We're suppose to go to the movies and apparently I'm suppose to drive, but nothing happens.

I had that issue a few play throughs ago - my memory is a bit hazy, but I think if you left it too long from receiving the quest to pick her up it would glitch out?.
I think i had to reload an earlier save get that task and complete it straight away - Rogue then hopped into the vehicle
