Keep organic hands

So i just ran past Vektor(Viktor?) because of the quest and noticed that I NEED to get that ballistic thingy-ma-do for my hand in order to continue. Is there a way around that? I kinda wanna keep my dude as organic as possible but if this is how it is then I'll be kinda sad, ngl.

The eye in the same quest, and you can only replace the starting cyberdeck with either another deck or a sandevistan or berzerk, not remove it entirely.

Always remember: When there's things about the game you don't like? Nexus[www.nexusmods.com]. There's a couple mods for this, since the game came out; to remove it, to keep it but make it invisible so your hand looks organic, etc. I'm guessing CET can pull this off too. Literally pull it off your hand.

What this guy said, after the first district lockdown ends, head to chinatown (japantown?) and you'll get a call from a fixer, do that quest and you'll get a tattoo that replaces the ballistic grip and a nice cash money bonus ontop of that.

Be aware the tattoo acts as Smart Link, so adjust your gameplay accordingly.
