Can you move Nibbles the cat to the new apartments?

While Nibbles, the lizard and other stuff does not carry over to other apartments, I have noticed that at some point during the game the abandoned apartments next to the purchasable player apartment at Northside become re-inhabited. It's to the extent that you can no longer drive in and out of the apartment parking lot without running over some of the residents, unless you're practicing your slalom skiing - with a vehicle.

I'd like to see V 'just find' Nibbles and the Iguana whichever apartment he went to. It would also be cool and fun if all V's cars could be found parked either at Megabuilding 10 in the garage, or in the Northside parking lot.

Thing is, as stated above, the parking lot and apartments at Northside all become re-inhabited and full up during the course of the game, although I'm not sure what triggers it. For the most part you're left with a single tiny space in parking lot by the shipping container, not to mention the kids throwing stones at the cars.

I park up the alley to the left and just go in and out though the connecting gate to the apartment.

If you are willing to mod, you can haz.
In fact, you can haz multiple apartment cats, or just Nibbles in all of them.

You need a few mods for base (the usual) and the main foundation mod is "pet your cat"
This allows players to pet Nibbles around the place (just not when sleeping) by first greeting or fussing them. After that, you can pet Nibbles while in your apartment. If Nibbles is sleeping, you just take a shower or use the wardrobe function to hopefully reset position (or just go do something a way from the apartment lol)

There are additional cats available for each apartment.
The corpo plaza kitty is a holographic version, if you want.
You can (last time I looked) leave out one mod (required for the different version/skins and names of the different kitty's) and then all the cats are just Nibbles afaik.
You could then pretend that Nibbles follows you (or you sneak them into the apartment in your bag) whenever you want them to move.
Each apartment cat is stand alone too, so if you just wanted to have Nibbles in the Glen apartment or CorpoPlaza apartment, you could do that.
