i think this is a bug .. 2 times i updated johnny's gun now the gun is not show in the update area ,, is there anyway i can fix that ?

What level were you when you got the gun? It usually disappears when you reach the max available upgrade.

I had the same, i think its just max level at your point. Depending when you get iconic weapons, they scale to your level and from there you can upgrade.

You are Level 45 that means there wasnt much room left for upgrading, so its just finished.

This mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3629 will show the level that the item has on all items, you can only upgrade equal to your level so as the others had said that is most likely the reason it dissappeared from the upgrade menu.

The mod doesn't show the level of certain iconic items, such as Jinchu-Maru and Malorian, at least it doesn't for me. It's also weird that i can upgrade both weapons mentioned above to max level even if my level way lower than it should be. Maybe i did messed up something with mods tho.
