Max Skill Tree Level?
We start with level 3 in each tree, a total of 15. When creating the character, we can spread +7 points, a total of 22. We can level our character up to level 50, a total of 72. Does this mean we can have 3 skills trees with 20 points, one with 3, and another with 9? Is that right?

That is correct, unfortunately you cannot max out everything unless you use cyber engine to give you more attribute points to max out everything, trust me if you do you will feel like a god

I imagine that any engine that changes the value would work.

The total is 71 not 72. You don't get a point for level 1. Just the levels 2 thru 50. You get the point when gaining the level and you start at level 1 you do not gain it.

Cyber Engine Tweaks (or CET) is the base mod that enables console commands/cheats. Any mod that uses cheats in-game usually uses that. (But a save-game editor might also do the trick, if you have one for the current patch-level.)

This means something up to 20, 20, 20, 8 and 3.
Not that you need to rank up 3 of them to 20, but that's the thing.

Yes...the total is 71, not 72. I made that mistake as well and got totally frustrated when I couldn't get to craft Legendaries. Be judicious about adding points to the skill tree. Note that a lot of higher level perks aren't really very necessary...if you want them, they can be emulated with weapon mods or cyberware purchases in-game. Going beyond 12 in any overall Attribute [Except perhaps Crafting/Technical] may not get you all that much, tempting though it may be. In this way, the [unmodded] game forces you to specialize in some attributes...all part of the fun.

I started a new run and did the crafting thing that you craft the Target thing and purchase the material... Did until I reach around 800k ec and then I bought everything I wanted... The game became boring real fast, so I started a new run a few hours ago. It's unbalanced as hell being able to purchase material for 110ec and sell the crafted item for 781 ec.

I think we need 18 to be able to craft Legendary items, which means we don't really need to put 20 in crafting, those 2 extra points can go somewhere else.

Quite right...I was at 71 and planned to use my last Attribute point to get that 18 so I could craft Legendary items. But 71 was the limit, dagnabit. I 'cheated' using a mod, but I'm not proud of it. Now I know better for other playthroughs.
