Redscript - Need Help

I download Redscript, copied the engine and r6 folders to the game directory and get this error (below) when I run the game.

I don't have any mods installed yet. Game version is 2.13

Someone said I also need CET, Red4EXT, redsxript, TweakXL, ArchiveXL, but the mod only requires Redscript and Redscript itself says it only requires the base game.

C++ is installed and up to date.

There was no log. I should've mentioned that.

The last update is from 04 Jan 2023, 12:29PM, maybe it won't work anymore with 2.13?

Redscript and the error I get is the problem; not the mod itself.
