Character respec unlimited mod, Where?

Hope y'll are doing well. I just finished the game and loved it. Want to roam Night city some more but would like to change up my build to try something new. Is there a way to get around not being able to respec only once in vanilla? is there a mod somewhere? I dont have phantom liberty so is that option there? would love to know.

I use the Cheat Happens trainer to just add attribute or perk points and unlock 100% of the skill trees instead of trying to respec.
