Phantom Liberty (Bug)

Very weird, i got the call from Songbird to go to Dogtown, but as i leave the apartement, the map marker disappeared? I uninstalled the mod IWN (In World Navigation) but the problem is still there.
I also had the game checked for errors, errors were found, but nothing new was downloaded, even after restarting Steam. The next idea was to fly to Dogtown with an AV, which was much easier, but when i land there, the questline doesn't start!
Is it possible to just reinstall Phantom Liberty instead of the entire game?

I found a solution, I jumped off the AV without landing it, now it works!
