Fenrir and Divided We Stand

I'm sure this has already been discussed but I just want to bring it up. Just got the game during the sale. I'm about 70 hours in my first playthrough and doing mostly side quests and gigs. I happened upon the monk at the small market at the dock and accepted the side quest. I then went off to do other stuff. Same thing happened with the 6th Street party but I just completely blew past it with no second thought and noticed that I randomly accepted a quest but paid no attention to it. I just now noticed hours later and probably two dozen saves later that I failed both of those missions. I'm assuming I'm completely locked out of getting the 2 iconics from those missions now. I don't have PL but even if I did I saw that the vendor only sells iconics that you failed to pick up during the mission. If I accepted the monk's quest but never did it and never engaged with the 6th Street party I'm assuming he wouldn't be selling the 2 guns.

I don't recall what Fenrir was, but my recent playthrough I found the "Divided We Stand" weapon basically not worth it. I played it a second time and just completed the quest without caring if I got that weapon or not.

Fenrir is a nice SMG, well worth getting IMO.

Divided we stand used to be really good, but they nerfed it to the ground and it's useless now. I use the Hercules 3AX instead.

I didnt know it was possible to fail these quests...i know the 6th street party has no timer unless you leave the area after starting the competition. You should be able to get both guns though, just go back to the quest location and kill the guys to take the guns.

You "fail" the 6th street party quest if you just grab the iconic gun and start blasting, both weapons should still be waiting to be picked up. Both are good and worth picking up

Fenrir is good, Divided We Stand is an iconic version of one of the worst smart weapons in the game.

The 6th Street party is the only one I've "failed" so far - and that was because I just started killing the gangoons rather than talk to them. Seemed the right thing to do. But I still picked up the gun at the end of it. I quite like Divided We Stand actually - the poison cloud can take down someone the bullet might have missed.

I think you should maybe try to go a little slower. Smell the roses kind of thing. Enjoy it cause we all only get to enjoy the game once the first time. I wish I could forget the game and do it again blind *sigh*

Yeah I went back and grabbed Fenrir but I think the 6th St party is bugged because the gun isn't there and there is nobody sitting on the couch, plus some of the NPCs are sitting there in there alerted/scared stance.

Yeah I'm not really that far in my first run so I just restarted and am going a little slower.
