So, is this game fixed?
Wondering since it has a sale. Thinking of getting it. But if it is still a buggy mess then I pass.

Edit:
Specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 4080RTX
Memory: 32GB Ram
CPU: IntelCore i9-13900KF
1tb SSD

Yes, fixed.

But game are very demanding for hardware. If fyou have very average PC, you will possibly get a lot graphical buggs.
Question 2024 年 9 月 28 日 下午 11:19
There are some bugs but they are not game breaking in most cases. There is one big bug though, do not interact with the trauma team member near Ozob in Pacifica because it can break the wanted system, and there is currently no known way to fix it other than loading a save.

I bought it the other day. It's a vastly better game than I expected. The only significant issue I've had was stuttering after playing for a handful of minutes. The cause turned out to be that my RTX 3070's 8 GB of VRAM isn't enough to play with texture quality set to high. Turning it down to medium completely solved the problem (and it still looks great).

I suggest buying it while it's still on sale. Less buggy than Skyrim.

only get it on sell, because it's still buggy even after all the patches. your experience may vary depending on your hardware you may experience crashes like I'm experiencing. gonna try for a refund

Have played on a rtx 2070 super for 50 hours so far, haven't had any crashes or quests bug out. I would definitely get it, game is very fun now

It's definitely fixed and worth a few playthroughs.

I play on a 2070 super with 8gb of ram. Have all settings on ultra and still get 55-70fps. Do you have ray tracing on? 8gb of ram is definitely enough to play on high or ultra

Mostly fixed, there's also been a massive performance boost.

On launch and for the following year or two, I could average about 50-60fps on high settings, no RTX

Now, I can run everything on high with RTX too at an average of 60-70, an average of 90-100 without RTX

I have a RTX 2060

Hmm.. When you say "fixed", you're asking if it's bug free 100%, correct? Because if that's the case, then the truest answer is no, it's not fixed. Not entirely.

CDPR fixed a large amount of stability issues and major game breaking bugs in the main quest line, which were prevalent at launch.

They've improved the game's performance overall. If you have a good system to play with, your game should generally run beautifully and maybe with only a few bumps on the road with the occasional floating debris, npcs clipping through things like doors, walls, rails or cars falling from the sky or spawning late and so forth.

They don't happen too often, at least for me.
But I am concerned with the use of the word "fixed", with these bugs still remaining in the game. It's really a matter of how much you're willing to stomach before they break your immersion.

In my 1100 hours, I can count on one hand, the times the game misbehaved and totally destroyed my immersion during a side gig, etc, where I'd just shut the game off or left it idle until I could refresh my concentration and resume. So, I'd say overall, it's not too bad.
But "fixed"? That word means something to me and I wouldn't say it's fixed.

It's MOSTLY fixed. <==

But... the game also recently received a new patch (2.13) and unfortunately, while it may have boosted performance in some areas, it also tanked performance in other areas with the introduction of more graphical errors and some more severe bugs into the game. So we're hoping to see a 2.14 that corrects these issues soon. New players who just started at 2.13 may not notice them because they have nothing to compare with prior experience, but I've been grinding this for a while now. It's very noticeable to me.

The game is absolutely great if you're into this sort of thing. But it's not a bug free experience. Just want to be clear on that. There's so much cool stuff happening that you may not notice them happening right under your nose. :)

Ty.

I run a 4080RTX with 32GB ram. Should be enough no?

It's "playable", but since 2.0 there are so many bugs.

Cyberpunk's 2.0 and Phantom Liberty releases reworked the majority of the game, unfortunately these reworks also introduced so many gameplay bugs that aren't gonna get fixed anymore by the looks of it as the last bug fixing patch was over half a year ago.

By bugs I'm not referring to mere visual glitches, but actual gameplay bugs like perks not working at all, perks not doing what they should, gameplay mechanics broken etc... unfortunately the game is riddled with them.

Most of these bugs are documented on the official forum[forums.cdprojektred.com]. Netrunning is especially bugged.

It's a great game, incredibly ambitious, but unfortunately left in a poor buggy state.

Is there a community bugfix patch or smth?
Crimsomrider 2024 年 9 月 29 日 上午 1:27
Unfortunately no, as much as I wish there was.

There are a few mods that fix an issue or two, but none that will extensively fix the numerous gameplay bugs.

It's still a phenomenal game worth experiencing, but don't expect a bug-free experience, especially if Netrunning ends up being your playstyle. It's on par with Bethesda games in terms of bugs, but without the Unofficial Community Patch to fix and improve the experience.

It's a wonderful game and you can have a bug-free experience pretty easy from my experience so farm encountered no major bugs, just some random funny ones which didn't affect anything
Go get it and have a blast :D
