Is the monowire supposed to look like this?

Every time i use the monowire, it always has this glitchy janky looking texture but ive seen many people using the mono who have a nice clean vibrant orange , pretty much how Lucy's looks in edgerunners.
Ive got my settings on high and some on ultra.
My save is modded however these mods are clothing , quest , reshade, and environment related. I did also use the Arasaka cyberarms mod at one point but removed it a while ago.

Anyone got any idea if this is bugged or normal?

EDIT: apparently the mono is also supposed to change color depending on what variation you use but that doesnt happen , just stuck with this bugged out orange one, not sure if that was removed or mine is just broken.

No, it's broken. I use monowire a lot and none of them are supposed to look like that. :/
(mine is looking like this also, ever since patch 2.13) so this is not just you.

It's been broken for a long time now, and even though it's been reported, the devs don't seem to care about fixing it. A shame, because I remember how visually amazing the monowires were in the earlier versions of the game.
