Modifying random Cyberware stats via save editor ...?

Does anyone know if and how it is possible to edit the random stats of Cyberware with Cybercat, for example...?

You know, "+4.2% to Health Regen" (or whatever)

I know the "stat roll exploit", but it gets too stressful for me in the long run :D
