Hyst body mod + EBB breast mod work together ?

I have full hyst bodys now installed , can i use it with EBB enchanched breast butt mod too together?

Cause when i install dressify mod atelier store it requires both of them .

But if i have ebb too than all the other hyst angel clothes mods wont work right ?
